Two nights of misery in hell

Bed bugs stay away! Checked in and room temperature was set at high and way to hot also tv cable was disconnected. That was the preclude to the bed bug attack . How this place is allowed to operate with such terrible conditions is beyond my understanding.

I booked this because it was so close to a concert venue . I will never stop in this hotel again . .No hot water , when I complained, the reception said I'd be better off stopping at a branded hotel where there was better service. Yep, she was right.. Pay cheap pay twice , its 10.30pm and I'm looking for adiifent hotel . The reception seemed to find it funny and was extremely patronizing. IWould not recommend staying here .Inexpensive and cheap are two different meanings. This hotel is definitely cheap.

The staff at this hotel is amazing, efficient, kind, friendly, considerate, and attentive to detail. This facility is older, however, it was clean and in good repair. There is security staff 24/7 who are diligent, yet friendly. There were no incidents of excessive noise and the area was monitored, cleaned, and inspected with regularity. I stayed for four days (including a weekend) and there were no problems. The other guests were friendly and pleasant. My last morning, there was a fellow with a tray of Starbucks he was bringing to a room. I passed him in the hallway and commented how yummy they looked, and he insisted on giving me one. Wouldn't let me pay, in fact, pursued me when I declined and stepped back. Lovely fellow, very gracious. A really good stay.

Not sure what the bad reviews are for! My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Hotel was quiet, staff was very nice & helpful at check in and check out. Attached bar was very welcoming, the tenders and regulars are nice. Area outside was comfortable for smoking, never felt like we were in any danger even in the middle of the night. On site free parking, close to restaurants and a grocery store across the street. We didn't have time to go to the attached restaurant but it looked nice from the window. Our room had some markings on the walls but apart from that was very clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure.

We have visited this hotel regularly over the years but this will be our last time. I was assaulted by bed bugs, (diagnosed and treated by a local doctor with prescription meds for the bites on my face, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet), and the hotel's response was to move us to a different room - that's it. They may have moved some bed bugs to that room as well because they failed to take any precautions or provide any guidance to us. As per my own research, decent hotels have protocols in place including immediately providing laundry service to remove any bugs that may have burrowed in our luggage, and evacuating the neighboring rooms which they didn't do. I feel management failed their staff by not having procedures in place, and their customers by not addressing this situation in a proactive manner. I was left to fend for myself, they showed zero compassion. I did get 25% off of my bill but I had to press for that as well. Sadly, I saw no signs of any bed bug eradication after we left that room, just the regular housekeeping routine.
